In yet another stroke of bad luck for the New York Giants, rookie wide receiver Steve Smith will miss at least two weeks with a broken shoulder blade, according to the Associated Press. Smith was injured in the first quarter after catching a 10-yard pass in the Giants’ 35-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. Giants head coach Tom Coughlin said that the 2nd-round pick from USC would probably be listed as “day-to-day” after he sits out games against the Washington Redskins and Philadelphia Eagles.
