Posted in An orthopedic specialist confirmed that Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress has a serious right ankle sprain. Burress originally suffered the setback in training camp and his ankle has continued to bother him throughout the young season. Despite the injury, Burress will likely play on Sunday night, when the Giants host the Eagles.
