Clinton Portis produced 126 yards rushing and a touchdown as the Redskins knocked off the Giants 22-10 at frigid Giants Stadium. Ladell Betts also ran for a score and Shaun Suisham booted three field goals for Washington, which has won two in a row to even its record and 7-and-7 and keep its playoff hopes alive. Todd Collins was just 8-of-25 for 166 yards in his first start since 1997, the longest gap between starts since the NFL merger in 1970. Eli Manning finished 18-of-52 for 184 yards and a touchdown for New York, which fell to 9-and-5 with its third straight home loss. Brandon Jacobs added 130 yards on the ground for the G-Men, who still need a win or a tie in their final two games to secure a postseason berth. Jeremy Shockey broke his left fibula, and had to leave in the third quarter. He will most likely miss the rest of the season.
