Today’s New York Post is reporting that the Giants have some interest in Seattle running back/kick returner Alvin Pearman. The former 4th round pick of the Jags in 2005 was injured last season in week 4 when he tore his ACL. Word though is he will recover in time to be ready to go for training camp. Pearman two years ago with the Jags played in 13 games, had 19 carries for 89 yards and one TD.

Pearman would fill the void left by Tiki very well. They are remarkably similar, but I don’t think that he had the opportunity playing clean up behind Taylor in JAX and Alexander in SEA. He would be a steal in value if acquired in free agency.
