Guard Snee Says a Holdout Won’t Happen

Giants right guard Chris Snee says a holdout will not happen.  The guard, whose contract is set to expire at the end of the season, will be in camp on time.  “I will be there,” he said in today’s New York Times, “and I will be ready to go.”  There was some thought that Snee would take a seat and not show up in order to try and get the team to work out a new deal for him, but according to the player, that will not be the case, and he’ll be ready to go in July.

It would be pretty embarassing to the team for the coach’s son in law to hold out.
