Giants Getting Healthy

UPDATE: (5:51) Some more practice notes: (From NY Daily News)

“Defensive end Justin Tuck (lower leg/knee) returned to practice on a limited basis today, which is obviously good news for the Giants. Although nobody was really worried since Tuck had already guaranteed that he will play on Sunday.

What’s not clear is whether he’ll be anywher close to 100 percent.

Asked today if Tuck has been bothered much by his injury down the stretch, Tom Coughlin — not surprisingly — wanted no part of the questions.

“That is just speculation,” he said. “Everybody at this time of the year, after they’ve come through 16 games, has something. But it has limited his practice time from time to time.”

Asked if he’s been limited on the field during games, Coughlin said “I’m not going there.”

LB Zak DeOssie (back) also returned to practice on a limited basis. All of the rest of the Giants, just like Wednesday, practiced in full.

Meanwhile, RB Brian Westbrook (knee), T Jon Runyan (knee), and FB Dan Klecko (shoulder) all missed their second straight practice for the Eagles. CB Asante Samuel (hip), who missed Wednesday’s practice, was back out on the field.”

Everyone on the Giants is practicing, including Zak DeOssie and Justin Tuck. DeOssie has a back injury and Tuck has a knee/lower leg injury. Tuck, not 100%, is expected to play Sunday.
