Giants RB Brandon Jacobs could be a free man soon if he chooses to go the free agent route, and Monday when he talked about what it’s going to take to sign him, he seemed to have one thing on his mind – the almighty dollar.  “Change with us is going to come down to presidents,” Jacobs said, referring to the images on currency. “Set ourselves up after this violent sport is over.”  In other words, the G-Men better break out the check book, as it won’t be easy to sign him and get him back unless they are willing to spend quite a bit of cash.
