The biggest argument I hear against Bralyon Edwards is that he drops too many passes.
So I ask you
who are the top five WRs in the league in dropped passes last year?
They are:
Braylon Edwards
Dwayne Bowe
Branon Marshall
Lavarneous Coles
Anthony Gonzalez/Hines Ward
Now, there are reasons I wouldnt’ want Bradon Marshall (he’s trying very, very hard to go the Pacman Jones route and get kicked out of the league), but Dropped passes isn’t one of them.
I’d take Dwayne Bowe in a second. Hines Ward is a stud Receiver (even if he didn’t block well)
Now the impact of the Jason Peters trade
From Walterfootball.com:
Since the 2006 campaign, Peters’ play has regressed exponentially. In 2007, Peters gave up six sacks in 15 contests. And last year, things got downright ugly, as Peters surrendered a whopping 11.5 sacks in just 13 games, good for tops in the NFL.
Now a few years ago Peters was the man.
But what Peters are the Eagles getting?
IF they’re getting the one from last year when he faced no tough pass rushers besides Joey Porter, the Eagles could be in trouble.
No on in the A.F.C. can get at the QB like Justin Tuck, Umeinyora, and DeMarcus Ware.
That’s all I got for today, everyone.
Have a nice day.
dont forget that T.O. led i think two years ago. also, if coughlin can stop barber and jacobs from fumbling, i think he can help with edward’s hands. even though he didnt have this problem two years ago.
edwards would be the perfect fit, and if a 2nd rounder and hixon can bring him to new york, a 1st round linebacker and some depth in the backfield can bring home another championship.
Evan, b, my friend. I completely agree with that.
Thanks for the comments.
