From John Clayton’s ESPN blog yesterday:
The New York Giants are playing their trade hand for a wide receiver in an interesting way. They apparently aren’t willing to offer a first-round pick for Anquan Boldin, even though the Cardinals are making it known they want a first- and third-rounder in return for him. The Giants, according to a source, are talking more in the range of second- and fifth-round picks, which could indicate they might be able to get Braylon Edwards away from the Cleveland Browns for less than a first and third.
How sweet would it be if the Giants could get Edwards and keep the 29th pick.
Finally someone is making some sense around here.
