Spencer To Work Out For Giants:

Unrestricted free agent offensive lineman Charles Spencer is set to work out for the New York Giants today, according to Adam Caplan of Scout.com.

Drafted in the third round out of the University of Pittsburgh by the Houston Texans, the New York native also worked out for the New York Jets this week.

According to NFL.com, the 6-4,” 337-pounder has started two career games. He has also played for the Carolina Panthers and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Spencer was signed by the Jaguars last September one day after offensive tackle Richard Collier was shot in a career-ending, nearly fatal episode.

Cut by Jacksonville in December and re-signed to a future contract, Spencer was cut on April 29.

By the way, I won the Superior Industrial League Bowling Championship last night!champs
