Philip Rivers has put up great numbers against the "awesome" defenses of the A.F.C West and beautiful California on a very LOADED team. Meanwhile, Eli Manning, plays in the toughest division of football, in the worst stadium in the league to throw a football and leads his team to four consecutive playoff apperanes and a Super Bowl Titles and isn't on the list.
