He did something dumb, but then a week later he goes and runs his mouth after getting pulled over saying how he knows so-and-so...but he doesn't. He became a bully, end of story. As we talked about on twitter, I think if Bloomberg wasn't in the position he is in now, the sentence would have been much more lax... but his entire platform is gun control. The DA would have gotten a lot of crap if they had offered less, and Plaxico (with good conscious) was too worried to face the citizens of New York that AREN'T football fans.
