Late Wednesday Injury Updates
WR Mario Manningham had limited practice today, and sat out a few plays with a shoulder injury. “Super Mario” Manningham was not available for comment. The seriousness of the injury is not known.
WR Dominik Hixon is still taking it day to day, although is anxious to get back out on the field.
WR Hakeem Nicks is also doing sprints, feels better, but will take it day by day. He expects to start next week against the KC Chiefs.
LB Clint Sintim was back in action today.
C Adam Koets was also back on the field today.
Other known injuries include:
- DT Chris Canty (calf)
- CB Kevin Dockery (hamstring)
- SS Kenny Phillips (knee)
- CB Aaron Ross (hamstring)
- DE Justin Tuck (shoulder)
- RB Danny Ware (elbow)
Hopefully Nicks and Ware are able to go in a couple weeks, and I’m looking for Kenny Phillips and Justin Tuck to play through their soreness this week. Aaron Ross and Kevin Dockery developments are still slim. Chris Canty’s hamstring is all better which is good, but his calf was still heavily wrapped today.
