Secondary Concern
Today’s game was a disgrace as I turned if off after the third. One play that stuck out to me like a sore thumb was Desean Jackson’s yard touchdown catch; he was wide open. All 6 of his touchdowns this year have been over 50 yards, it really was amazing how open he was on his lone touchdown today. I’m pretty sure that everyone will agree that if Kenny Phillips didn’t get injured and if Aaron Ross was healthy that we could easily have a better record then 5-3. Next years free agent class is actually pretty decent with names like:
Dunta Robinson, Houston Texans (27),
Carlos Rogers, Washington Redskins (28)
Dre’ Bly, San Francisco 49ers (32)
All three of these defensive backs are great players. Although most of them have past their prime, I believe that they could help our depleted seconadary.

Dre’ Bly an Carlos Rogers, really? I want those guys nowhere near the New York Giants.
I’ll take Dunta Robinson though, but probably not for the contract he wants. He’ll be a Redskin.

I think we need LBs and Safeties more so that CBs. Here are some upcoming free agents.
Linebackers
Barrett Ruud
Karlos dansby
DeMarco Ryans
Safeties
Atogwe
Antoine Bethea
Darren Sharper (he is 33 which is getting up there in age but his aggressive style will mesh well with the giants)

Antoine Bethea would be awesome

so would Atogwe and Sharper but I think Bethea is probably the only realistic possibility
