		<description>Defese needs to step up i dont know what happend to the front 4 but they do not look good. The DTs needs to get more pressure up the middle, the Quaterbacks have to much room to step up which is preventing the snaps. The DEs are almost there but a second before they get the sack the qb steps up and has another couple of seconds. The DT&#039;s need to get better in order to upgrade our pass rush.</description>

		<description>the two plays to nicks sunday - the fake draw to a screen and then the end around... fantastic creative play calling that got 38 quick yards.

danny ware stepping in and getting the first down up the gut was a nice exclamation point to that series in terms of unexpected offensive plays.

jacobs on the direct snap the next series was also refreshing.
