Lets be open about this point. The giant put up way to much money for Eli, who is over rated (the man has no arm, and looks like a deer in head lights). Second who are the guys in the upstairs booth that call the plays. I'm sorry the ball controled offense of old is not going to work when other teams are putting up points agaist you. Third no dicipline on the whole team. I remember the team got something like 100 yards in penalties, thats just sloppy. Get players that are hungry that want to play not for the money but for the sport.

Both the O line and DTs should def concern fans and coaches alike. Very few gaps for the RB to hit and little to 0 push from the DTs. I agree that the first round pick should be used to pick up Spikes at all costs. After that look for a safety, DT, and OT

It's simple, we need Kenny Phillips next year, we need another safety or corner in the secondary, and we need to build around Boley at linebacker, and do what we can to get a guy like Spikes in the draft. I'm not that concerned with the O-Line, maybe a more athletic guard to come in a few plays to keep things interesting, but otherwise this team isn't that bad, it's just sad that they can't do anything in the middle of the field due to injuries, a shame really.

i only disagree on the part where u say that this team need more leadership from players... antonio pierce was the leader on defense while he was playing, and now boley has taken his place for now... and eli is for sure a amazing leader on the offense

i don't think that you need to yell, wave your arms off, talk loud and clap your hands to be a leader, u don't need to be like strahan, or ray lewis to be a leader... you're a leader when you step up in front of only our teammates, put your ass on the line and show that on your daily effort

i know that's pretty when a guy like josh mcdanniels put on a show on the sidelines and say shit to keep your team going, but if denver didn't got the win last night, no one would say that it was a premier class of leadership...

you can see a leader by the look on the eyes of his fellow players when he's talking, and not by the attitude that he shows when the tv camera is on him

sintetizing my opinion, i think the only problem at this team is the attitude... they don't seem to want to crush their opponents, and i blame that on the coaching only
