Kevin Gilbride Jr., the son of the Giants’ offensive coordinator, may soon be named the Giants’ new offensive quality control coach.
Gilbride Jr. is leaving his job at Temple University to join the Giants’ staff, according to a report this morning on Philly.com. A Giants spokesman would not confirm report and said nothing is official regarding that job yet.
Gilbride Jr. was the receivers coach at Temple. The Giants’ offensive quality control job was vacated yesterday when Sean Ryan was promoted to wide receivers coach, which opened up when Mike Sullivan was moved to quarterbacks coach.

Its bad enough that we have one Kill-Drive. Why do we need two?
Kildrive jr. LoL. But kildrive runs his offense but through the conservative eyes of coughlin. It’s not all gilbrides fault. He does what he’s told. The next time it’s spread formation on third and one remember coughlin okayed it and Eli was hurt. Besides remember our offense before him even more unimaginitive. Giants Rule!
