High upside players who didn&#039;t dominate at the college level don&#039;t pan out a ton, but prospects who did dominate at the college level, but aren&#039;t elite athletes (IE Great FOOTBALL PLAYERS!) rarely completely bust. 


I hope JPP is gone by the time the Giants pick because that just means that another better player will still be on the board for the Giants.</description>
