Jeff Feagles By The Numbers:

We all know Feagles was a great punter but I came across these numbers and had to post them.  He was probably the most durable punter the league has ever seen and was also the best at directional punting.  Few could hit a “coffin corner” kick like Feagles.

Here’s a look at some of the amazing numbers Feagles posted in his career:

71,211 — Feagles’ total punting yards.

1988 — The year he entered the league.

1,713 — His total punts.

554 — The number of punts he landed inside the 20-yard line.

352 — Consecutive regular-season games he played, an NFL record.

44.3 — His highest yards-per-punt average in a season (1997 with the Cardinals).

22 — The number of seasons he played.

12 — The number of times he had a punt blocked in his career.

5 — The number of teams he played for.

2 — The number of Pro Bowl appearances he made.

Zero — Feagles never missed a game in his career.

Whoever ends up replacing Feagles has BIG shoes to fill!
