Big Stein Has Heart Attack, Critical Condition

Bad things happen in threes I’ve always heard. First, Bob Sheppard passes… now George Steinbrenner is hospitalized after suffering a massive heart attack.

Legendary Yankees owner George Steinbrenner reportedly suffered a massive heart attack.

Steinbrenner, who turned 80 on July 4, was rushed to a hospital but his condition isn’t known, according to WABC TV.


Update: CNN is now reporting that Steinbrenner is in critical condition.
