— This is very good news for all Giants’ fans, as we now will see action from Kenny “Superman” Phillips for the first time since week two last season after missing the rest of the season to have microfracture knee surgery. While Phillips will likely only play a handful of snaps, it’s still a really good sign, as Phillips may actually be able to play in the regular season opener against the Panthers. This will be the first time Phillips will be hitting, and getting hit, so it will be interesting to see how he does and if he will actually test the knee.

This is also a good sign for Keith Bulluck, who is also just 7 months removed from tearing up his knee. Bulluck, too will likely see a handful of snaps, maybe more. But again, this is a great sign. Bulluck, when healthy is a top linebacker.
