Giants Bringing In Former Bucs WR Michael Clayton For Workout

The receiver needy Giants are reaching out to the UFL. According to Pro Football Talk, the GIants are bringing in former Bucs receiver Michael Clayton in for a workout. A former first round pick, the 6-4 Clayton reached 1,000 yards in his rookie season and has been getting consistently worse since. Last year, he had a career low of 230 yards. Clayton now plays for the Omaha Nighthawks of the UFL.

  2. BlueManFla says:

How about Senorice Moss? I know he didn’t do much and was always hurt. But he knows the system. ARe the Giants allowed to resign him?

I heard a humerous response regarding signing Toomer as a replacement. It was…………..

Yesterday Mayor Blumberg is threatening to shut down the Marathon course before Armani Toomer finished. lol

    How about Antonio Bryant?

  4. Brian says:

What about Jerry Rice or Michael Irvin? I’m sure they’re not TOO far removed from the game.

  5. PC says:

whatever man Clayton is no better than Toomer. Old and unproductive. Toomer is a leader I bet he could still play! Doesn’t matter because the real issue is figuring out how to run the ball better and stop the turnovers!!!!
