Giants Beat Jaguars 24-20

The losing streak is over. It wasn’t pretty but the Giants prevailed, beating the Jags 24-20.

From my radio listening ( and don’t worry, I pulled over to write this brief story), the defense struggled but stopped the Jags when they needed. No turnovers, either.

Jacobs played well, and Manningham and Boss stepped up for Nicks and Smith in their absence.

The Giants are now 7-4, right back in the playoff hunt. More detailed analysis later.

Defense only allowed a field goal in the second half – great effort. Boss finally got it together, and Manningham played well. ZERO turnovers!!! An effort like that next week and they’re 8-4. A wild card is then fairly possible. Go G-Men!!!

Maybe the Giants can keep playing minus the celeebrations like in the first half. Celebrate a tackle, then allow the Jaguars to march right down the field. This celebration thing has become passe, PLAY ball, jump after u win, not every damn play. It’s sickening!!!

I would rather see Beckum split wide than Hagan and Clayton; they arnt on the same page as Eli, they were on their coutches a week ago…Beckum has been catching passes from Eli for the past two years, and he has the speed and size to line up at WR untill Smith and Nicks get healthy

Brandon Jacobs ran really well and i think Eli managed the game very well. Thank god the fumble on Hagan in the first got reversed! Great comback win i love the way this team fights!

Its all about the defensive effort at the end of the game, thats why their the best at what they do!
And Lok the Eagles are losing right now so we would be right back into first place. Wildcard? We have the chance to still win this divisIon. HAVE SOME FAITH!

AS AN ENTERTAINING THOUGHT SINCE ALOT OF YOU LIKE TO GET AHEAD OF YOURSELVES:

If the Eagles lose today and also on thursday to the Texans which is very possible, We are in first place all alone….Season is far from over and Division is ours for the taking!!! keep it positive!
