Injury Notes For Sunday’s Game.

For the New York Giants, it seems help really is on the way. Left tackle David Diehl (hamstring), WR Steve Smith (pec) and WR Hakeem Nicks (leg) were all practicing this morning and it appears all three are looking like they will play Sunday. Diehl  is listed as probable for Sunday’s game while Nicks and Smith are listed as questionable. Smith fell down in practice, which probably scared a few, but he got right back up and was fine. He, too, alongside Nicks, was limited in practice. C Shaun O’Hara has made progress and was practicing with the scout team today. He is listed as out and is looking to be on track to play next week in the divisional showdown against the Eagles. Shawn Andrews is not playing again this week, too. He was doing some rehab work on the sidelines but still isn’t cleared to do football activities. Will Blackmon will play Sunday. He will likely take over will Darius Reynaud, a GiantsGab favorite!

RB Ahmad Bradshaw (wrist) is listed as probable. He missed Tuesday’s practice with a wrist injury.

For the Vikings, Brett Favre took some first-team reps (shocker!) but did not throw any passes. If you didn’t think he’s going to play Sunday, your nuts. According to Judd Zulgad, Percy Harvin was not on the field again because of lingering migraine issues. He did not play last week and it is very possible he won’t go again this week. Vikings G Steve Hutchinson did not practice again today. The same goes for S Tyrell Johnson and CB Chris Cook. Cook likely won’t play Sunday and it’s very possible he’ll be shut down for the remainder of the season.
