The cream of the crop for linebackers this offseason, Chad Greenway, was franchised today by the Minnesota Vikings. He would have been a perfect fit for the Giants. The Giants could still technically get Greenway. They could negotiate a deal, and the Vikings could match, or the Giants would have to give up two first round picks to the Vikings for Greenway. I don’t see that happening. The Giants will have to search elsewhere, or within, for a linebacker
