Ranking The Giants: 44-40

We’re ranking the Giants, all the way from the 65th  guy, to the best player. Yesterday was 65-45. You can read that here. Today is 44-40.

44. Victor Cruz, WR

Other than his pre-season heroics, we have no record of Victor Cruz.

43. Zak DeOssie, LS

He’s a good long snapper, but when that’s all you do, you can’t be that good.

42. Matt Dodge, P

He has so much potential. If only he would use it.

41. Sage Rosenfels, QB

He’s a good backup QB, who, if needed, can probably perform capably.

40. Travis Beckum, TE

Shown flashes, but is it really his fault that the Giants don’t know how to use a H-Back?

I’m with you on Beckum, the guy could be a monster in about half of the offenses in the NFL, we’re just one of the one’s he doesn’t work in. I have to disagree with you on DeOssie though, he is also a good special teams player, and he’s THE BEST long snapper, you don’t realize how many bad snaps there are around the league because he’s been here so long now and you hardly see them on our side of the ball, try watching other teams and you’ll see how hard it is to get a good consistent long snapper.
