Stephen Nicholas Headed To Giants?

Now the lockout is all but over, the fun part starts: Free agency. D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has a column called “5 Things We Heard”. Stephen Nicholas to the Giants is one of them:

Nicholas is viewed as a potential starter for the Giants. For the Falcons, he opened last season as a reserve. He has started 24 of the last 32 regular-season games with the Falcons.

78 tackles last season, 80 the season before. Nicholas is more of a run stopper. While the Giants do need help against the pass, Nicholas is a talented guy who, if given a chance to start, could improve upon already good numbers.
