Tuck Concerned About Neck, Status For Sunday Uncertain

Bad could get worse. Justin Tuck, who’s been held out of practice the past few days with a neck injury, is “concerned” but not “panicked” about his neck. As Perry Fewell said:

“We have a plan,” Fewell said. “If Tuck plays, that’s a bonus for us. If he doesn’t, hey, we’re ready. We’re going down to win a football game on Sunday and we’re not crying. We are locked and loaded. He gets better every day. If he plays, like I said, it’s a bonus for us.”

I don’t like the whole  “it’s a bonus” if Tuck plays or not. We’ll know more tomorrow.

I think Canty slides over to end in this case, Washington is going to run a lot anyway so putting him in there with Bernard, Joseph and JPP with Kennedy and Tollefson to spell them makes more sense than just throwing Tollefson out there, or using Kiwi (as he’s getting acclimated to the LB position). Though on pass downs I can see it being Kiwi.

Well at least our defense can’t look any worse than New Orleans’ did tonight. Wow, that was horrid, I hope the entire league doesn’t look like this.
