Posted in The ACL gods strike again. After returning from a torn ACL from last year, Domenik Hixon has torn the same ACL once again. He will be placed on season ending IR. He looks like he hurt it on that touchdown catch, but the big question is: why did he go back in?
The Giants will need to find a replacement at punt returner and in the slot. Huge, huge blow, and a tough break for a good guy

Wow I feal really bad for this him. Going through one surgery and rehab of a torn ACL is tough to take mentally, but two? He was a good player but I think its time for him to hang up the cleats. Time for the Giants to get on CRUZ control. If Manningham doesnt play this week then Cruz starts and Stokely becomes the slot.

Did you see him in preseason? Dr’s said he had a case of fumblitis.
With all these season ending injuries, the NFL should allow ONLY these players to use HGH for rehabilitation.
With Dominc Hixon of the NY Giants out for the season with the torn ACL…would the Giants consider looking at T.J Houshmandzadeh? He is one of the more notable free agents out there and he’s got good hands..veteran player..and I’m sure he’d be looking for redemption for last year dropping a pass in the playoffs against the Steelers when he was in Baltimore…just wondering…
btw…did the Jets org bury black cats underneath the Giants locker room?!?…this team is Jinxed! geeze!
They worked him out last week, so I’m sure if they were going to sign him it wouldn’t be too long before they did. Personally I think Michael Clayton is most likely to sign.

This year is a nightmare, players dropping like flies. This injury to hixon is tough to take. Pray to god nobody else gets injured. What a horrendous way to start the season.
