Giants lose in the final seconds 38-35.

The New York Giants lost a tough game to the undefeated Green Bay Packers in the final seconds with K Mason Crosby nailing a game-winner to propel Green Bay away with a victory. The Giants, who were down by eight points, drove down the field and scored on a Manning to Nicks touchdown pass, they’re second hook up of the game. Having to go for two, the Giants handed the ball off to D.J. Ware on a delayed draw. Ware was able to find the endzone and tie the game. With 58 seconds left, QB Aaron Rodgers drove down the field, setting up a Mason Crosby game winner.

While this was a tough loss, this showed the Giants can hang with the best of the best. With a Dallas loss to Arizona, the Giants will now travel Dallas for chance to gain the division lead and have the inside track at winning the division. Believe it or not, the Giants control their own destiny still. QB Eli Manning led another terrific fourth quarter drive, but QB Aaron Rodgers, who will likely win the MVP this year, out-did him.

At this point the top 5 QBs in the NFL are:

5-Peyton* Not playing this season but he is the best period.

The next group are a small drop in quality and what makes them in that second level is the ability to take a team and drive them to a score when they need one. Mark Sanchez is slowly moving up the ladder to the next level into the top 10. It seems easy for those top 5 and a even though other QBs are great they struggle a bit to do what the top 5 seem to do almost effortlessly.

I think Eli is just as good as Rodgers though and would not trade him for Rodgers because of Eli’s ability to play under the pressure of New York.
