Once the ball starts moving I think Joe Martinek is going to open some eyes, he will play RB and FB and be a monster on special teams. I also think Julian Talley and Collins will be in a battle for the last WR spot.
Barden will look great and everybody will get excited but will just not get it done when it really counts, sorry to say. Jernigan will not distinguish himself.
Brandon Mosley will win the ROT position.
Rivers will win the MIKE position.
Hixon will return kicks, Wilson punts.
I hate to say David Diehl will retire or be cut, I hope not. As I said in my article I hope he gets in great shape and at least makes the team.
I agree with everything you said except the WR, both will be on practice squad.
Victor Cruz was an amazing asset the likes of which I had not seen on the Giants recently. I had the pleasure of seeing him at a book signing this past Sunday. Having said that, he seems to be all about marketing this or that or promoting his book. I hope he will hit the Giants playbook and get back into football mode ASAP. If he does, he than will reap great rewards that he would deserve.

I’m with Big Daddy on this. Barden will look terrific and excite a lot of people, only to disappear once the season begins. I just don’t see Jernigan making an impact. On defense, I look for Herzlich to step up in preseason this year. And finally, I’m excited to see what Wilson can do at RB.
Bennett will be the biggest upgrade on our team.
Bennett is to Ballard as Weatherford is to Dodge.
Also, biggest disappointment? The Eagles getting swept by the NFC East.
I think Barden will def have an impact as well as Randle, and Wilson will be a huge upgrade over Jacobs.
FInally, after reading that piece yesterday about the o-line, I think the running game can get back to having 1-2 1,000 yard backs again. With Bennett upgrading the TE spot, Hynoski a year older, and the o-line (specifically Baas) with an extra year under their belt, this offense is going to do some damage.
Deon grant will not be resigned…….
