Posted in Hakeem Nicks seems to be pretty confident about his foot. He told the Star-Ledger he’ll be back in mid-August:
“Sticking to the script, like they said,” Nicks said. “I definitely want to be out there but go to do the right thing and be smart about it and I don’t want to prolong this injury.”
Getting Nicks back as soon as possible is obviously ideal. Make sure he’s not rusty. He’s going to have a huge role in this offense, and we don’t need any rust to start the season.
