Justin Tuck Sets Guinness World Record On Day Off

On his first day back from training camp, Justin Tuck took a break from chasing quarterbacks to sack a Guinness World Record with SUBWAY, in celebration of the sandwich chain’s Avocado Season.

Tuck, who spent the off-season eating avocado religiously, lead a team of 250 to set the record for “Most People Making Sandwiches Simultaneously.” The historic feat involved more than 190lbs of avocado, 440lbs of roast beef, turkey and ham, 275lbs of fresh vegetables and more than 555 feet of fresh-baked SUBWAY bread.

The SUBWAY sandwiches were immediately donated to City Harvest.
