Low Down: Looks like Williams will be making his first appearance since he suffered a PCL injury in Week 6. Nicks should go as well, he was working with QB ELi Manning after practice. Hixon will be back, which should help the passing game. Phillips doesn’t look like he’ll go as he is still sore after returning last week.
