Eating The Enemy – Philly Edition

I haven’t done a Sunday tailgate post yet this season — and the Giants are 0-4. That’s on me guys. Sorry.

Here’s what I’ve got going today gang, South Philly’s famous Pork Loin and Broccoli Rabe with Provolone sandwich. I’m hot smoking it on the Weber to give it some extra flavor, then I’m going to slow cook it in the crock pot with some apple cider vinegar and spices to finish it off. Here’s what it ought to look like when done.

With any luck, that did the trick and the Giants get their first win of the season today.
