The key message seems to be, from the players to the coaches to himself – “We all can do our jobs better.”

Did Jerry Reese miscalculate the MLB position? Said Dan Conner was brought in to be the MLB and got injured.

Jerry Reese said they keep all of their options open until 4pm – but the sense is that Hakeem Nicks is improving, not going anywhere.

Sounds optimistic – there is still time to “stop the bleeding” and “turn things around”.

Doesn’t like the term “major rebuilding” for next year.

Problems aren’t limited to offensive line on offense – “problems all over our football team.”

“You expect your star players to play like stars.”

On Eli Manning: “He could be pressing it, he could be trying to do too much.”

More on Hakeem Nicks: “I only started getting calls after all the chatter started about him possibly being traded.” Reese declined to comment on what his response was.
