We’ve been Ranking the Giants all week, and now we’re onto the wide receivers and tight ends. With Plaxico Burress and Amani Toomer gone, someone was going to have to step up. No one knew who it would be. Luckily, many Giants did. Let’s Rank The Giants, Wide Receiver/Tight End Style
STEVE SMITH:
What can you say [...]
WoW. I usually wait to do the talking-points after I dissect the game more, but let me get right into it now I can’t hold back anything anymore. What an embarassing, gutless performance.
I can sum this whole post up in 25 words.
Terrible Offensive line play (pass on Chris Snee). Terrible Defensive line play (pass on [...]
After today’s report suggesting Manningham was “good to go”, Adam Schefter reports that Manningham is inactive for today’s game against the Eagles. This means we’ll see a lot of Hakeem Nicks.
Other inactives include: Ramses Barden, Aaron Ross, Gartrell Johnson, Michael Boley, Adam Koets, Guy Whimper and Chris Canty.

Giants wide receiver Mario Manningham was added to the injury report with a shoulder injury Friday, but told NFL Network’s Bob Papa that he expects to play against the Eagles.
“I’m good to go,” Manningham said.
From Profootballtalk.com:
The New York Giants may need to play Sunday’s big NFC East showdown against the Philadelphia Eagles without starting wide receiver Mario Manningham.
Mark Dwyer of Newsday reports that rookie wide receiver Hakeem Nicks lined up with the first-string offense in today’s practice. Manningham went out to the practice field only for stretching and did [...]

Well tonight, Manningham was Eli’s favorite receiver, as he had 10 receptions for 150 yards and a great catch in the end zone for a touchdown. I’m not saying that his performance tonight will prove he [...]

From TribOnline.com
If the shoulder pads Mario Manningham wears next season seem larger than normal, it might be because of the chip he has on his shoulder.
Manningham, a 2005 Warren G. Harding graduate, played in just seven games and caught four passes for 26 yards as a rookie receiver for the New York Giants last season. [...]
I saw an interesting article here
In the article Chris Steuber profiles and discusses the top 10 prospects in the Giants organization right now. I enjoyed the article and I like scout.com but it got me thinking-how would I rate the top 10 prospects in the Giants system?
“Prospects” is a different term in the N.F.L. then [...]
With training camp almost upon us, I thought it would be appropriate to name 5Giants who could break out this year. This list is in no particular order.
1. Kenny Phillips
We love him here at GiantsGab. Tall, rangy, big hitter, he’s reminiscent of the late Sean Taylor. Phillips was good in his rookie year, making a lot of [...]
