Pro Bowlers Chris Snee and Steve Smith and at least five other players will miss the Giants’ preseason opener against the Jets. Giants Coach Tom Coughlin says that tight end Kevin Boss, linebacker Keith Bulluck, safeties Kenny Phillips and Michael Johnson and free agent receiver Tim Brown also won’t play. Guard Rich Seubert, who just [...]

The Giants have a really good problem: They have too many receivers. Last year, they didn’t have enough. Well, the times they are a-changin’ (I’ve always wanted to use that in a sentence. It’s up there with “I rest my case!” and “That’s a wrap!”. But I digress). There are eight receivers fighting for 5 [...]

With his third reception of the game, Steve Smith now has 100 receptions for the season. He is the first Giant to do so. Congratulations. Well deserved.
