New York Giants Ticket Outlook for 2013

Despite not making the playoffs last season, the New York Giants once again are one of the priciest tickets in the NFL for the 2013 season.  Led by the home opener against the Denver Broncos, the Giants have the third highest average ticket price of all NFL teams this season at $338.12.

The Manning Bowl on September 15th has the second highest get-in-the-door price of any game this season at $222, trailing only the 49ers vs. the Seahawks in Seattle at $253.  This is the third time Peyton and Eli will face each other, with the elder Manning besting the younger brother both times.  If Peyton can make it three in a row, Giants fans will have paid a lot of money for a stinging defeat.

The next two highest priced games will be against divisional foes Dallas and Philadelphia. Sunday, November 24th against the Cowboys has an average ticket price of $390 and a get-in price of $167, while the Eagles visit on October 6th has an average ticket price of $354 and a get-in of $158.

While there aren’t too many opportunities to purchase cheap Giants tickets, there are a few bargains available.  The lowest get-in price is the Monday night matchup against the Minnesota Vikings for $100.  Another intriguing option?  RGIII visits MetLife Stadium on December 29th, the final week of the season.  Currently, the get-in price is only $132, making it one of the less expensive Giants games of the season.  With the NFC East a constant battle, it is very possible this game could have major playoff implications, perhaps even being a play-in game similar to the Redskins-Cowboys matchup last year in week 17.  New York fans looking for a potential value should jump on those tickets while the price remains reasonable.

Below is a full breakdown of the Giants home schedule with average ticket price and get-in price for each individual game.
